Rocky Mountain Soap Co. launched its solid shampoo on our shelf.

Rocky Mountain Soap Co. was launching a solid shampoo and needed a place for the bar to sit in the shower. We designed a three-bay shelf around it, sent them a branded sample, and made the first 1,000 units once they approved it.

What does the pilot cost?+

Design and the branded sample are free. You pay for the 50-unit pilot run, which we quote on your call before anything is made. Depending on the piece, a pilot typically costs a few hundred to a few thousand dollars, and that per-unit price holds for 12 months of reorders.

What can you make?+

How does a 50-unit run make sense?+

Most plastic accessories are made in steel moulds that cost tens of thousands of dollars, so factories need big orders to pay for them. We make parts digitally, with no moulds, so there's nothing to pay off and a small run is practical. More on low-MOQ manufacturing.

How is our logo applied?+

It's recessed into the surface of the part as it's made, so it can't peel, rub off or wash away in the shower.

How long does it take?+

We start designing the week of your call. Once you approve the sample, your 50 units arrive within 30 days.

What happens on the 15-minute call?+

You tell us about your best seller and where it's sold. We ask a few questions and suggest an accessory for it. If it's a fit, we start the design that week. If it isn't, you've spent fifteen minutes and come away with an outside view of your line.
